About WHY to Fitness
Hi, my name is Aaron O’Connell and I love the Lord with all my heart, mind, and soul.
I am an IFBB Professional Athlete, hold a M.S. in Pastoral Counseling and am currently pursuing my PHD. in Counseling and Psychological Studies.
Through Christ and the Holy Spirit’s prompting, I created Why to Fitness to help Christians accomplish 5 things.
1. Transform their health and fitness into a purposefull and personal walk with God.
2. Walk in the full authority of Jesus Christ
3. Experience true freedom
4. Develop unshakable faith that no matter what God, the devil or life throws their way, they are confident they will overcome it.
5. To be successful, walk in their purpose, and hear “Well done my faithful servant.”
God is the ultimate WHY, the reason everything exists. I have made it my life’s mission to help Christians accomplish these 5 things by sharing the WHY to fitness (God) through my experiences, conversations, knowledge about health & fitness, counseling, and the fulfillment that comes from Jesus alone.
